These terms cover the website itself. A safari you book with us is covered by separate terms, which we give you in writing when you book.
Who runs it
tonquani.travel is run by Xongile Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 15928544, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
What the site is for
The site describes safaris we have planned, the places and camps we use, and articles we have written. It is information to help you decide what you would like, not an offer you can accept. Nothing is booked through the website: sending an enquiry asks us to plan a trip, and commits you to nothing.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and, unless a page says otherwise, per person. A price shown as “from” is what the safari cost per person when we priced it, for the dates and number of guests we priced it for. Camps change their rates and their availability, so the price of your trip is the one we confirm to you in writing when you book.
Photographs and text
The text on this site is ours. The photographs are ours or are used with the permission of the camps and photographers who took them. Please do not copy either for use elsewhere without asking us.
